Quick Update
So I am on night shift at work which above all things is pretty decent. Less drama no people around but us and the 2-3 patients. My night shift is early evening for the east coast gang. I am seven hours ahead of east coast time. Its really amazing how your body acclimates to the weather, 102 degrees feels nice out to me now. Hopefully I will be moved into my permanent dwelling spot soon, Im ready to get my area up and a routine going on. I started a light workout monday and watching my eating. But let me tell you today they had soul food tuesday and had the nerve to have ribs and black eye peas..... And it was good. I said see they are going to sabbatoage my work out plan. They have homemade biscuits and grits in the morning, the whole breakfast menu is off the hook. I will being taking more pics soon so stay posted. Until then HOLLA~!

Hey Robbie Rob.... sounds like peace and quiet on the night shift... i am sure that can be a welcomed sound.. nothing! So are you able to sleep well during the daytime. Cuz I know we are so nosy... we would want to be seeing and knowing whats going when we are supposed to be sleeping.. TTYL!
It's going to be real difficult for you to get fit, with all of that good eating!!! Ribs? I think I may have to hit a Pit Beef spot today!
Duah, I'm just realizing that I could leave a comment...I with John you got me ready to eat some soul food. 102 degrees is some serious heat...the body amazes me with the way it adjust...I'm glad that you're on nights and it's pretty laid back, we need that every once in awhile. Well, now that i'm in the know I shall be commenting and emailing. Love Ya
You got me dying over here! Who gets ribs and black eyed peas and home made biscuits in the desert?! That is too funny! Just eat it in small portions and then work out for like 20-30 minutes a day and even if you don't feel like, walk around for about 20-30 minutes...that counts. I need to take my own advice!
I am all for a treat now and then so no worries...got to get it when its there. Ok yesterday for breakfast I had a brownie sundae and girl it was so good. I was getting dressed for work and this Friendly's clip came on. Get your work out on girl...I will think of you as I am sweating out my dag on perm (ahhhhhhhh). Will miss you for the breast cancer run :0( but will still go to represent. I know you have 3.5 miles under your belt so lets aim for 4.5 in two weeks. Oh I am so vain I slacked off working out just lots going on and someone said my figure was nice girl that is all it took... (ha)
PS Got a knee brace be careful...well you could treat yourself (ha)
